Dr. Harvey Knull, Ph. D.: Dr. Knull received his PH.D in Biochemistry from the Pennsylvania State University in 1970. During his career, he has served as liaison for the University of North Dakota for federal activities 1992-2000; Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi liaison for federal relations 2002-2010; chaired TAMU System Symposium for Student Research 2004; chaired Texas Higher Education Coordinating Committee for designing the rules for Restricted Research 2004-06; President of the Texas Association of Graduate Deans 2005-2006; and has recently served ten years as Graduate Dean and Associate VP of Research and Scholarly Activity and Professor of Chemistry at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. His professional activities include 26 grants and contracts with such organizations as the American Diabetes Association, US Department of Education, The Neuropsychiatric Institute, National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health, and Medical Research Council of Canada. His works include 55 publications, 7 symposium presentations, 51 published abstracts, and 24 research seminars.
